International music city the Hague celebrates its diversity

Musicon and Stichting Popdistrict present the nineteenth edition of the Summertime Festival on the Grote Markt in the Hague on July 18, 19 and 20. This year the Hague's most prominent jazz, world and roots-pop musicians return to the Grote Markt for three days full of eclectic sounds which represent the diverse community of musicians of our city. On stage this year you will see a variety of styles and cultures, performed by living legends and upcoming talents.

The unique programme is a collaborative effort of Podium de Nieuwe Kamer, FRESH! Young Jazz and the Belangenvereniging voor Jazz, Wereld- en Improvisatiemuziek Den Haag (BID). The festival is also made possible by Sena Performers Fonds, de Van den Berch van Heemstede Stichting, Stichting dr. Hendrik Muller's Vaderlandsch Fonds, Van Ommeren - de Voogt Stichting and the municipality of the Hague.
